@Puck: For that first comment, I thought I had caught that and changed it, but I must not have updated the page. I'm actually an anthropology major and have never taken any culinary classes so most of the stuff I write about is just assumptions. Sorry if I upset you by not getting things right. You could always send me a message and give me some hints to use to make it look more realistic though.
